Senior Principal Software Engineer

At Raytheon, I supported mission-critical defense programs across aerospace and naval systems, including the $104M modernization of the RQ-4 Global Hawk ground segment, software infrastructure efforts under the $677M SPY-6(V) radar production contract for the U.S. Navy, and advanced avionics integration through the $126M Collins Aerospace connectivity program for SOCOM’s Common Avionics Architecture System.

Principal Software Engineer (Architect)

Architected and deployed the Pharmacy Incentive Program platform, enabling over $15M in annual reward redemptions across 2,700+ pharmacy locations.

Senior Software Engineer

At Northrop Grumman, I led the development and deployment of a radar middleware resource-sharing system that optimized utilization across multi-radar platforms, enabling real-time interoperability and boosting system efficiency; I also contributed to advanced electronic warfare capabilities—including TTNT integration and antenna systems—supporting contracts such as the U.S. Navy’s $235.9M surface electronic warfare systems program and the ONR-backed $8.5M FlexDAR initiative awarded to Raytheon.

Software Engineer

At Lockheed Martin, I contributed to advanced electronic warfare and cybersecurity initiatives under the $5.3B Medusa SEWIP Block III program and the $77.7M Cyber Attack Network program, supporting next-generation naval warfighting capabilities through system integration, signal processing, and threat response development.

Early Career Highlights

Oladayo Luke, Ph.D., began his entrepreneurial and technical journey with hands-on experience across fintech, mobility, robotics, and enterprise IT. Starting as an intern at Mobile Exoon in 2004, he went on to found multiple ventures, including Tramigo Tech Nig. Ltd, a GPS and telecom startup; A Plus Gift Card LLC, an e-commerce platform; Tweak TFX, an on-demand money exchange app; and Day Orbit Technologies, which developed autonomous robots for home automation. He also served as an IT consultant at Lifeline Inc. and built full-stack web applications for clients in logistics, retail, and healthcare between 2009 and 2014—laying the groundwork for his future in scalable, AI-driven systems.

Gained foundational experience in mobile technologies and enterprise systems during a technical internship (2004).

Launched a GPS and mobile solutions startup focused on vehicle tracking and telecom services in Nigeria (2007).

Built and scaled a digital gift card and e-commerce platform serving U.S. and African markets (2011).
